The owner came out , assessed everything with the new HVAC, gave a fair quote, and this company delivered and came out the next week to install and all The technicians, Victor and Dimitri, were fantastic in their work, precise, checked everything over many times I went over with me exactly what was installed and how to maintain the new unit. The communication was clear and I am very happy and a very cool house this summer. I strongly recommend you give NJ Air Pros a call

From the very first phone call, the experience was outstanding. Lamia answered the phone and was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Our AC condenser had stopped working, and we were given a service window of 3–5 PM. Ricardo arrived right on time at exactly 3:00 PM. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty capacitor, and while completing the repair, he also took the time to thoroughly clean the entire condenser. He explained everything step by step, making sure we understood what had happened and what was being done. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest service from start to finish. Great company - owners are always happy to answer questions and this company has integrity and fair pricing. I am now on their service program for my HVAC system for them to check my furnace and AC while a previous company we were with never fixed an underlying issue and constantly would just add Freon without trying to find the source of the leak. Or claiming they fixed it. I now know I am in good hands!

We had AC issue on 7/2 . It was one of the hottest days. Lamia was extremely helpful with finding a technician to resolve our issue. We got AC unit fixed on the same day by 5:30 pm. Extremely thankful to Lamia and Jayesh Payel for handling this issue in timely manner.
