Thank you so much for coming out right before the storm! We had an unexpected message on our heater that said the furnace is not turning on and our tempt was dropping inside the house.
Believe it or not, we called another well known company who came out but was charging an arm and a leg for the work and wouldn't be able to fix it right away.. I was then able to connect with NJ Air Pro and they sent a technician out right away, got our parts, and fixed it within a couple of hours. Literally hours before the storm was due. Our tempts were dropping fast in the home during the below freezing tempts.. But THANK God and thank NJ AirPros for coming out and getting us heat!

We could not be happier with the service provided by NJ Air Pros. They initially came out to address some condensation that was causing rust in our ducts. They were very honest about our options to fix the issue and how long each would last, but they also pointed out that our original two-zone system from 1985 was on its last legs. We decided to bite the bullet and go for a complete replacement of both zones, as well as the rusted ductwork.

Ghassan and his team came, estimated the project, and provided a quote. They then offered to look into financing through the power company since we were upgrading to a high-efficiency system. That helped tremendously, as we were able to spread much of the cost over several years with the 0% financing option they arranged for us with PSE&G. Their team handled the application process and all the paperwork for us.

The two-day installation went very smoothly and efficiently, staffed by a team of knowledgeable and capable pros. Ghassan stopped by regularly to monitor their progress. The result is spectacular—the new system functions better, and getting rid of the old system and rusted ductwork has even helped with some allergy-related respiratory issues.

I found my new go-to hvac repair company! I had my AC go down right after coming home from vacation. I called a big box company I had used in the past, but they told me that the AC motor was bad on the unit and quoted me an astronomical cost to repair it, and leading to the obligatory "let's just replace it" sell. Not necessary. I decided to hunt for a new company and saw the good reviews on Google for NJ Air Pros. Decided to call them. Such a great decision! Lamia picked up the phone and by the end of the call I felt comforted and like I had called and old friend for help. They sent Ricardo the tech out and he did his diagnosis amd confirmed it was the motor and said, yes totally repairable and they gave me a reasonable quote. An hour later had AC again and learned a lot about my units too, due to Ricardo's kind and informative nature! I know 100 percent I will call them again if I have an issue with any of my units. Thank you all for the help and taking away a big stress!!!
