I'm pleased to recommend NJ Air Pros. They were quick to respond to my request for an HVAC system quote, and delivered a beautiful presentation in words and pictures that won us over. We were quickly put on the schedule; the Air Pro techs came early on prescribed day, and worked nearly the whole day. Hard working and highly skilled, the technicians did a fantastic job. The system works beautifully. An excellent, caring contractor.

Great service from start to finish. The technician was on time, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. Everything was explained clearly and the repair was done efficiently. Highly recommend this company for reliable and honest service.

They were very responsive and informative with the proposals. Once decision was made they moved quickly to install the furnace and AC. Installers were friendly, worked efficiently and left leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. I will recommend them to friends.

My furnace pressure switch failed on a Saturday, and NJ Air Pros handled it exactly how a service company should. Lamia answered the phone right away and got me scheduled without any runaround. Thank you so much for coming out right before the storm! We had an unexpected message on our heater that said the furnace is not turning on and our tempt was dropping inside the house. Believe it or not, we called another well known company who came out but was charging an arm and a leg for the work and wouldn't be able to fix it right away.. I was then able to connect with NJ Air Pro and they sent a technician out right away, got our parts, and fixed it within a couple of hours. Literally hours before the storm was due. Our tempts were dropping fast in the home during the below freezing tempts.. But THANK God and thank NJ AirPros for coming out and getting us heat!

We could not be happier with the service provided by NJ Air Pros. They initially came out to address some condensation that was causing rust in our ducts. They were very honest about our options to fix the issue and how long each would last, but they also pointed out that our original two-zone system from 1985 was on its last legs. We decided to bite the bullet and go for a complete replacement of both zones, as well as the rusted ductwork. Ghassan and his team came, estimated the project, and provided a quote. They then offered to look into financing through the power company since we were upgrading to a high-efficiency system. That helped tremendously, as we were able to spread much of the cost over several years with the 0% financing option they arranged for us with PSE&G. Their team handled the application process and all the paperwork for us. The two-day installation went very smoothly and efficiently, staffed by a team of knowledgeable and capable pros. Ghassan stopped by regularly to monitor their progress. The result is spectacular—the new system functions better, and getting rid of the old system and rusted ductwork has even helped with some allergy-related respiratory issues. I enthusiastically recommend NJ Air Pros for all your HVAC needs.

I found my new go-to hvac repair company! I had my AC go down right after coming home from vacation. I called a big box company I had used in the past, but they told me that the AC motor was bad on the unit and quoted me an astronomical cost to repair it, and leading to the obligatory "let's just replace it" sell. Not necessary. I decided to hunt for a new company and saw the good reviews on Google for NJ Air Pros. Decided to call them. Such a great decision! Lamia picked up the phone and by the end of the call I felt comforted and like I had called and old friend for help. They sent Ricardo the tech out and he did his diagnosis amd confirmed it was the motor and said, yes totally repairable and they gave me a reasonable quote. An hour later had AC again and learned a lot about my units too, due to Ricardo's kind and informative nature! I know 100 percent I will call them again if I have an issue with any of my units. Thank you all for the help and taking away a big stress!!!

NJ AIR PROS Saved Me $12K! After two HVAC companies tried to upsell me—one quoted $12K (ac unit and furnace) after failing to fix the AC issue in 90+ degree weather, and the other wanted $7K without even coming out to inspect—I called NJ AIR PROS. Lamia, the friendly dispatcher, sent Gino out within hours. I was ready for a full replacement quote, but Gino said my furnace had 10+ years left and AC unit didn’t need replacing. His honesty blew me away. He called Ricardo, who came out, fixed the A/C, explained everything clearly, and even gave me maintenance tips. Lamia followed up the next day, and when I still had concerns, Ricardo returned the same day and confirmed all was working fine. Honest, professional, and responsive. Highly recommend!

Laumia from NJ Air Pros is very friendly and informative. She gave us appointment to fix our Air Conditioning right away and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our AC and their price was very reasonable.

NJ Air Pros just saved us 30K. Our air conditioning unit stopped working during one of the awful heat waves, and we reached out to a bigger company thinking that they'd be able to fix the problem fastest. They said our entire system was broken and we'd have to replace it, and then wasted two hours out of our evening to calculate a massive quote. We decided to get a second opinion, and NJ Air Pros came out the next day. The technician was right on time, extremely efficient, and very knowledgable. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly and explain everything clearly, but he stood in the heat and cleaned my condenser for me to see if that would help. In the end, we only needed a new fan motor and capacitor, all of which cost under 1K and was installed in under an hour. Amazing. The system works better than ever! We also asked how much a new system would cost, out of curiosity, and were given several options, all of which were lower than the first company's quote. Throughout the experience, everyone at NJ Air Pros was attentive, kind, professional, and respectful of our time. What a great company. When the time comes and we actually do need a new air conditioning system, I know who to call.

NJ professional knows his job. Work very thorough and big thing is he stand behind his work. Very quick reply, service support is quick don’t have to wait without heat or air conditioning. Our Air conditioner stop working last year and NJ owner Jigar came within couple of hours. Same way our water heater Broke down and he order and install in within 24 hours since he had to get new one. We can rely on him for any work and work quality.

I had some commercial freezers which were giving me problems after a year and I found NJ air pros online. I called and they gave me an appointment the same week, the techs were very knowledgeable and did routine maintenance to fix my units at no extra charge on top of the diagnostic fee. One part needed to be replaced and they came right away the next week to replace it. The prices are fair and they are knowledgeable, definitely would recommend to others looking for fridge servicing

I was aware of NJ Air Pros and their reputation for quality service. So, when my 90-year old mother-in-law’s A/C wasn’t working, I called NJ Air Pros. They scheduled her for the next day and provided a diagnostic service call that found the problem—a clogged drain! They flushed the drain and had the system up and running in no time. And, the rate was quite reasonable. I highly recommend NJ air Pros and plan to use them for all of my HVAC needs.

In July, I came home from a trip to a nonworking air conditioner. NJ Air Pros technician was able to come the next business day, find the problem, repair it, and restore the cool temperature in my house. The company is responsive, attentive, and reliable.

I was visiting my family in New Jersey, and the heating system broke down. I thought my vacation was ruined and I would have to find a hotel for the rest of my trip as this happened on a holiday weekend. That’s when NJ AIR PROS came to the rescue! I work with several HVAC contractors across the country and NJ Air Pros is consistently better than the rest as far as their knowledge, professionalism and ability to get the job done and done quickly. They respond immediately and usually have a tech out the same day or next day. NJ Air Pros replaced the furnace at my house, which had to be replaced on a very short notice and was not an easy job. They came next day and were on time. Their technicians were nice, professional, and knew what they were doing. They cleaned their work area and left it very neat.

I had my Furnace/HVAC installed by NJ Air Pros in 2019. On Christmas Day 2021 I noticed my Condo wasn’t getting as much heat as it normally does. I called to make an appointment for 12/28/21 and the technician showed up on time. I explained the issue with the furnace and he investigated it. He explained to me what the root of problem was and did the necessary maintenance. NJ Air Pros stands by the products that they install. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a HVAC/Furnace system in their home.

Great experience with NJ Air Pro, I find out my AC was not working Saturday evening, called them and they sent a tech the very next day Sunday afternoon and fixed the problem, it was a fuse that had to be replaced, the tech was always sending me updates on when he will arrive via texts.
